اپل آیدیم payment info می خواد چیکار کنم؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

من اکانتم ماله آمریکائه...تا دیروزم سالم بود بعد ی دفعه اینطور شد،با چیز پی ان هم تست کردم نشد

سلام
باید تغییری در آدرس اکانت خودتون ایجاد کنید.
البته بعضی دوستان هم با پاک کردن و دوباره نویسی قسمتی از آدرس مشکلشون حل شده.
ناگفته نماند که استفاده از یک برنامه خوب که به درستی آی پی شما رو به کشور مورد نظر تغییر بده هم مهم هستش.

برای مکاتبه از لینک زیر استفاده کنید:

از لینک بالا آیتونز رو انتخب کنید > آیتونز استور رو انتخاب کنید > از صفحه جدید Account Management رو انتخاب کنید و بعد گزینه Managing or editing an Apple ID ر انتخاب کنید!
مشکلتو در این کادر بیان میکنی مثل:you must verify your payment info before you can make purchases ، استور خودتو انتخاب میکنی و ادامه رو میزنی: اگر راهکارهاش در صفحه بعدی کمکتون کرد که هیچ و گر نه از قسمت پایین میتونی ایمیل رو بزنی و مکاتبه کنی و مشکل رو بیان کنی!

من روی لینک که کلیک میکنم Itunes رو که انتخاب میکنم Account Managemen نداره باید چیکار کنم ؟

من همين مشكل رو داشتم يه بار دستگاه رو خاموش روشن كردم ديگه پيغامي نداد من الان خيلي وقت هست بدون هيج فبلترشكني دانلود ميكنم

سلام این مشکل چند روز پیش سر من هم اومد تنها راهش اینه که چیز پی ان رو روشن کنی از setting بری itunes & app stores روی apple id خودتون تب کنید و و view apple id رو بزنی از payament information یک بار روی visa تب کنید بعد دوباره روی none تب کنید مشکل حل میشه یادآوری میکنم باید چیز پی ان روشن باشه درضمن چیز پی ان باید مال کشوری باشه که اکانتتون رو ایجاد کردید یعنی اگه ماله آمریکا باشه از چیز پی ان آمریکا استفاده کنید اگه مال کشور دیگست مال همون کشور استفاده کنید

Settings>iTunes & App Stores به اینتجا برید ، بالا اپل آی دی تون رو نوشته ، روش تپ کنید ، گزینه View Account رو بزنید ، یکم صبر کنید ازتون پسورد میخواد ، پسورد رو بزنید وارد یه قسمت میشه اونجا جلوی Region / Country اسم کشوری هست که اپل ای دی تون ماله اون جاست

الان 1 ماهه نمی تونم با اپل آیدیم دانلود کنم با اپل هم مکاتبه کردم میگه باید اطلاعات کارت اعتباریمو آپدیت کنم ولی من کارت اعتباری ندارم.با چیز پی ان و یا هرکاری که بوده انجام دادم نشده.جواب اپل رو هم در زیر میارم تا کمکی بشه برای رفع مشکل من

جواب اول اپل:
Dear Amirhossein,

Greetings from iTunes Store Customer Support! My name is Arun and I am glad to assist you today.

I understand that are been asked to verify your billing information due to which you are unable to make purchases. I realize how important it is for you to get this issue resolved at the earliest. I'll be happy to address you with this concern.

Amirhossein, to purchase items on the iTunes Store with your store credit, your account information in your user profile needs to be corrected. I'll walk you through this process to get you back up and running in no time.

1) Visit the My Apple ID website at:

http://appleid.apple.com

2) If the site is not displayed in your preferred language, click the flag icon in the lower-right corner of the page, then select your country from the next page.

3) Click the "Manage your Apple ID" button.

4) Type your iTunes Store account name (which is your Apple ID) in the Apple ID field, type your password in the password field, then click the Sign In button.

5) Click "Addresses" in the column on the left. If you have multiple shipping addresses, remove any out-of-date or duplicate addresses by clicking Delete. Also, make sure the state or province field is filled out correctly for each address. To edit an address, click Edit. Edit all of your shipping addresses and make sure the appropriate state is selected in the State drop-down menus.

6) Now click "Phone Numbers" on the left. The area codes should be in the area code fields and the phone numbers should be in the phone number fields. If an area code is missing, or if it is in a phone number field, your account information may not save properly.

7) Make any other necessary corrections, then click the Save Changes button.

8) Click Log out in the upper-right corner.

When you make your next purchase on the iTunes Store, you will be asked to review your billing information. At this point, you can change your information or simply click Done at the bottom of the screen to proceed. Once you click Done, you should be able to purchase on the iTunes Store using your store credit.

If the iTunes Store continues to display an error message when you try to make a purchase, please include a screen shot of the error message itself.

Amirhossein, I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to create an iTunes Store account. Unfortunately, the iTunes Store has been unable to verify an authorization from your credit card company. There are several possible reasons for this:

1) Your credit card company's servers have been busy. Consider trying again at another time.

2) There is an issue with your card. Consider using a different card or contacting your credit card company to advise them of the problem.

3) Your billing name or address does not match the address listed on your credit card statement. Any discrepancy in punctuation, abbreviation, or capitalization can cause errors, which might prevent you from purchasing from the iTunes Store. If you moved, or if your zip code changed recently, ask your credit card company to make sure their records are up to date and match exactly what you are entering as your billing information.

If you would like to contact your bank or credit card company to try to resolve the issue, here are some steps that you can follow:

1. Ask to speak with the fraud/security department.

2. Tell the fraud/security representative that your security code is being rejected. Ask them to review your account to see what might be preventing you from using the card to purchase from the iTunes Store. Ensure that they thoroughly review your account until they locate and resolve what is causing the issue.

3. The bank or credit card company will need to remove any holds on your account.
